A 'Lockdown Gourmet' take on a classic kiwi snack. Utilising the best ingredients and some colourful garnishes you will be sure to be the talk of your 'bubble'
Unsalted butter in your baking is the best way to start. If you feel it needs a pinch of salt, you can add it later.
50g Westgold Butter
Sprig of thyme
Open packet of malt biscuits
Spread Westgold butter liberally across.
For extra gourmet points, arrange on an old tile and decorate with a sprig of thyme and some berry coulis.
